Originally from Ontario, Ian Badger has been performing heartbreaking country music in & around Vancouver for seven years both as a solo artist & band leader. His biggest influences, which include Townes Van Zandt, Jason Molina and George Jones, encourage his exploration of human relationships that provide a vulnerability in both songwriting & performance that he's come to be known for in Vancouver.

He just released his first single with help from the North Country Collective, "You Don't Want Me (But You Won't Let Me Go)" on April 17th, and will be releasing a second single later this spring.
